Reminder: Friday, September 11th is an early dismissal day for Staff Development at SLC. Please make note of the following dismissal times:
Grades 5–12: 11:30 a.m. dismissal
Grades UPK–4: 12:30 p.m. dismissal
Carrying too much weight in a backpack or wearing it the wrong way can lead to pain and strain. Parents can take steps to help children load and wear backpacks the correct way to avoid health problems.

Graduation Notification: Thank you for your patience as we have reviewed the weather to determine our location for the Class of 2026 Commencement Ceremony. Though weather apps are not always reliable, it appears as though the weather will cooperate with us for our 6:00 PM ceremony. The senior class was given the option for location and they have requested all guests to join us at the SLC Football Turf Field at 6:00 PM for our graduation ceremony.

SLC Middle School Yearbooks will be on sale starting on Monday, June 8th. They are $20 each. You can pay with cash or check. Please see Mrs. Phelix in Room 212 to purchase yours.

The Middle School Musical will take place in the Fall of 2026, and the show dates are November 13th and 14th.
During this meeting, we will go over important information related to auditions, crew applications, scheduling, time commitments, communication, and more. Please bring any questions you may have as our team will be happy to answer them!

SLC is hosting Billy Martin's Cole All-Star Circus on Thursday, April 30th at 6:30 PM.
Children 12 and under are free with a paid adult ticket (limit 2 free children per adult). Advance tickets will be sold at Townline Market on Friday, April 24th from 3PM until 6PM and on Saturday, April 25th from 12PM until 3PM. Advance tickets will be sold for $15. Tickets purchased at the door will cost $20.
