2/14 - 2/18 - Last year when we completed our student survey, one thing many students told us was they would like to learn about managing their stress. If you are one of those students we have something for you! One effective way to reduce stress and anxiety is to practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga. We will begin a Mindful Moment group during activity period on Wednesdays beginning March 2nd in our comfy library space. Space is limited so sign-ups will be on a first come first serve basis. You can sign up in the Guidance Office until next Friday February 18th. Come relax with us!

Congratulations to Cheer, Boys Varsity Basketball, and Girls Varsity Basketball for being named New York State Scholar Athlete Teams! A special congrats to the Girls Hoops as all 10 players on the roster qualified with a 90+ average.
