🌞 Morning Program Parents/Guardians:

Please do not leave until you have seen your child/children safely enter the building through the door. We want to make sure every student is safely inside before you leave.

We had a great first day! Buses just left, about 20 minutes later than our usual time. If you child is going to be a parent pick up on a daily basis, it is important that you let Mrs. Dishaw know, so we can be sure they are in the appropriate place at dismissal time. Also, if your child is a regular bus rider and you need to pick them up on any given day, we ask that you communicate this to Mrs. Dishaw as well, as early as possible. Surprise changes slow our dismissal down for everyone so we appreciate your cooperation with this. See everyone tomorrow!

Carrying too much weight in a backpack or wearing it the wrong way can lead to pain and strain.  Parents can take steps to help children load and wear backpacks the correct way to avoid health problems.

Many of our students take advantage of the Summer Rec program that is available throughout the month of July. Though we (SLC) are not in charge of this program, the program does use our facilities. The director has asked me to share this message with our families: "Due to staffing, the pool will only be available on Wednesdays. Fridays will be beach days. If you have questions, please contact the Summer Rec Director, Noah Johnson, at jnoah5429@gmail.com." Any future questions should also be directed to Noah.
