Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration Packets for the 2023-2024 school year are below. Please complete and return to District Office.

District policy requires you to physically reside within our district to register your children.

 We have three schools:  

• Elementary School:  Pre-K – Grade 4

• Middle School:  Grade 5 – Grade 8

• High School:  Grade 9 – Grade 12

All registrations are completed through the Superintendent’s Office (located in the high school building).  
Registrations can be completed from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Registration Forms are needed for each student.

Along with each Registration Form above, please provide the following:

• Proof of Residency (ie., copy of lease, notarized statement from the landlord, utility bill)

• Birth Certificates

• Immunizations
