Senior Portfolio Creation
12/13 - You only get one chance to make a first impression, and properly showing off your talents, skills, and experiences with an online portfolio can help you prove that you have what it takes to work at any company! The Senior Portfolio Creation course is designed to integrate your work experiences with the creation of a digital portfolio. Students will create a professional online portfolio and website that will highlight all of their skills and abilities.
Business Computer Applications
12/13 - In an increasingly digital world, proficiency in core computer applications isn't just an asset—it's a necessity! Business Computer Applications is a course intended to teach students the computing fundamentals and concepts involved in the use of common software applications. Upon completion, students gain proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and presentations. BCA is offered through the NCCC Bridges program for three college credits.

It is winter concert time! The High School Winter Concert is this evening, Monday, December 11 at 7 pm. The 7th-8th grade Winter Concert will be Wednesday, December 13 at 6 pm. The 5th-6th grade Winter Concert will be at 7 pm on the 13th. Please come and enjoy some great music!

The prevention education team at Seaway Valley Prevention Council has created a monthly newsletter to inform educators within St. Lawrence County about what their youth are experimenting with or what is currently trending. The newsletter has current drug trends, symptoms these youth will be showing when under the influence of these trending drugs, concealment items to hide vapes or drug paraphernalia, and the emojis that youth in our county are using to communicate about drugs. There is also a section on how to refer a teen to their Teen Intervene program to get these teens the help they need. Due to the generosity of the Lalonde family, the Brasher Falls Central School District is able to offer a brand new scholarship this year, the Lalonde Family Athletic Scholarship! Current members of the senior class who are interested in applying for this scholarship, or any of the many other scholarships that are available, should stop by the High School Guidance Office and pick up an application. Please note that the Lalonde Family Athletic Scholarship application deadline is January 5, 2024.
