Now that we have been notified that students will not be returning to school this year, there may be items that they left behind. We want to manage the pick up of items in a safe and responsible way. Because of this, no students will be allowed in school. As was posted 2 weeks ago, if you need to retrieve any items, please contact Jane Ward at email@example.com or call the office. We have someone staffing the phones everyday between 8:00am - 2:00pm.
We have developed the following schedule for picking up items:
11:30 - 2:30
Tuesday May 19 - HS & siblings in MS
Tuesday May 26 - MS
Tuesday June 9 - Elementary
We apologize to elementary parents that may also have children in HS or MS, but because of construction many items have been packed away. We will not be able to return the items to classrooms until the first week of June. We did not realize students wouldn’t be returning to school when they were packed.
Please pull up to the HS main entrance to pick up items. A staff member will take your name and ask you to pull forward. We will retrieve items and bring them to your vehicle. All items have been pre bagged for pick up. Please remain in your vehicle and wear a mask for our and your safety.
